About Clint Sadler

Clint Sadler grew up in a military family, learning early on how to adapt to change, connect with diverse communities, and navigate new environments with resilience. He attended several schools across the country, including Boys Town and Washington School in Omaha, Nebraska, then continued at the Florida School for the Deaf, ultimately graduating from North Dakota School for the Deaf. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the journey of students in residential schools—an understanding that continues to shape his work today.

Clint earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Gallaudet University in 2005. He began his professional journey at the Louisiana School for the Deaf, serving first as a Student Development Specialist and later in Staff Development. In 2009, he joined Texas School for the Deaf, where he has taken on multiple roles over the years: Student Life Specialist, Student Development Coordinator, Day Residential Educator, Coordinator of Special Events, and Residential Supervisor for several dorms, including Allied, ACCESS, and Middle School.

Clint currently serves as the Residential Supervisor for the High School dorm. In this role, he leads with empathy, structure, and strong communication to support students in their academic, social-emotional, and independent living development. He is actively involved in the Ranger Passage program—the school’s high school residential program—which helps guide students through structured phases of growth, accountability, and readiness for life beyond TSD.

Outside of his leadership work, Clint is proud to have produced nine theatrical productions at TSD, fostering student creativity, confidence, and school pride. He remains committed to the school’s mission to help every student Learn, Grow, and Belong.
