- Design logos and instructions for all software through JAMF Connect and Service Desk
- Scripting specific instructions for computer to stay in compliance with and manage by JAMF Pro
- Assist IT Director in Network System and Database such as FileMaker Pro
- Create spreadsheet for all old asset to warehouse cage and wipe them accordingly along with firmware unlock before giving to surplus
- Setup Mac computer to work with touchscreen in a specific gestures for specific class request, also make touchscreen as a standalone computer
- Setup and maintain Apple cached server for quicker download updates and upgrade for TSD campus
- Design TSD email signature in compliance with Texas School for the Deaf
- Make video instructions of How-To for any IT related
- Manage JAMF Pro for all Mac computers including creating policy and profiles.
- Setup permissions for remote access for all staff computers through JAMF Pro
- Manage internal servers such as LDAP users internal login for file sharing server access
- Manage Google Workspace Cloud Storage and SSO (Single Sign-On) for 3rd party applications
- Analyze a solution for user’s daily task in Apple computers (Audiology,Business, Fetch, etc)

- Attended Rochester Institute of Technology / National Technical Institute for the Deaf
- Studied: Network Administrator and Programming.
