You may change your password if you desire.

This webpage only works internally on campus, your login is the same as your login name for the computers that I’ve attached to this, and the password will be the same also.

Your first time logging in will require you to fill out some basic information, such as location – this will help me greatly in finding you quickly and resolving your computer issues.

When you fill out a helpdesk ticket, please take the time to fill all information

 Problem Type, please try to choose the one closest to your issue.

Usually, Priority is set at Standard, I will respond to all, sometimes selecting type to Emergency will hasten support, but I do come rather quickly.
