Despite AISD and TSD’s decision early last night to delay school start times by two hours today, weather conditions this morning were more severe than initially anticipated by the National Weather Service and local emergency officials. Therefore the city advised AISD and others that it was not safe to be on the roads. Based on this information, AISD and TSD moved to cancel school for the day.
