With honors by community and state organizations for her policy expertise and leadership skills at the State Capitol on health care, education, environmental protection, and historic preservation, Howard has proven herself a champion of mainstream values in the Texas legislature.
Representative Howard’s message to TSD’s 47 graduating seniors will impart wisdom and inspiration from her years of hands-on experience in the areas of public health, public education, community and political service.
