Attached is the tentative schedule for the next two weeks. Please note that adjustments may be made if the girls basketball team continues their season past this weekend.
All teams are required to schedule workouts at least twice a week, with exceptions for school holidays. The updated schedule will be shared every Friday via Google Sheets.
Spring Sports Workout Schedule (Effective After Cheerleading Season Ends)
Softball & Girls Track & Field: Monday/Wednesday, 3:45-4:20 PM
Tennis: Monday/Wednesday, 4:20-4:50 PM
Boys Track & Field: Tuesday/Thursday, 3:45-4:20 PM
Non-Athletes/Off-Season Strength & Conditioning: Monday-Thursday, 5:00-6:00 PM
(I’ll share more details regarding non-athlete and off-season strength & conditioning will be shared with the Student Life team later this week.)
I want to emphasize that at least one coach from each team must be present to supervise their athletes in the weight room.
