The Clerc Classic: A Big Moment for Our School

Named after Laurent Clerc, a key figure in Deaf education, this event is a huge honor for our community and a chance to bring people together.

The Clerc Classic features basketball games and a cheerleading competition, with teams traveling from across the country to compete. The tournament kicks off on Wednesday, January 15, with the opening ceremony at the R.L. Davis Auditorium. Games and events will continue through Saturday, January 18, ending with the Championship games in the evening.

This tournament is a big deal for our school. It’s not just about competition—it’s about connection, teamwork, and showing pride in the Deaf community. Everyone is encouraged to come out, support the teams, and be part of the fun. Let’s show our school spirit and make this year’s Clerc Classic one to remember!
