Fentanyl Awareness: Forever15Project

As you may be aware, drug abuse is a growing concern for young people, and we believe that it is important for our students to be informed and educated about the dangers associated with drug use.

We welcomed the Forever15Project founders, Janel and Brandon Rodriguez as our guest speakers on Friday, 5/10/2024.  They provided research-based instruction on fentanyl abuse, prevention and poisoning awareness. They shared the story of the loss of their son, Noah Rodriguez to fentanyl. This was provided to our 8th-12th grade students during advisory.

This was an interactive session that allow students to ask questions and learn more about the impact of the fentanyl crisis,

Please use this resource to learn more about fentanyl, the dangers associated with it and the One Pill Can Kill program designed to raise awareness and prevention.
