This year was the TSD Foundation’s 15th annual gala, held last Friday for the second year at the Sonesta Hotel in Bee Cave. Leading up to the event, we had nine Culinary Arts students working with Sonesta's executive chefs in the hotel kitchen to prepare the banquet. Students learned how to cook in a professional setting and gained experience from the skilled chefs on staff. The 'Viva Las Vegas' themed event had a live auction to raise money for TSDF. It was a great success and the food was delicious!
