This unique opportunity, hosted right on the TSD campus, aims to empower families by fostering a deeper connection through language. Throughout these eight weeks, participants will delve into the rich world of American Sign Language, acquiring fundamental communication skills to engage effectively with their Deaf or Hard of Hearing children.
Our experienced instructors will guide you step-by-step, focusing on practical vocabulary, expressive gestures, and essential conversational techniques. Join us to strengthen bonds, bridge gaps, and cultivate a more inclusive and harmonious family dynamic, all while learning the beauty of ASL in a warm and supportive environment.
Class will begin on September 6th, 2023. Every Wednesday 8:00am - 9:00am at Administration and Welcome Center 1102 S. Congress Ave Austin TX 78704.
